We haven’t done this trail (or any trail) in months! We used to do this a few times a week without taking a break or thinking much about it… but yesterday, it just felt too hard.

Eight miles @ 9:48 average with 1,100 feet of climbing.

For Boston 2022, I was able to walk on this path throughout winter training, and there was a lot of snow this year. Now it all makes sense why the hills of Boston felt 10 times bigger this year than they did in 2022. I need this mark for boston preparation.

There were many stops along the way to catch our breath. Joe and I are determined to get back on them as strong as possible this summer.

I lost more battles than I care to admit yesterday.

I spent about two hours trying to clean all the dust everywhere.

Luckily, this book kept me entertained while I was cleaning.

Skye and I chased down our favorite popsicles to eat while we were coloring.

Football games…

A friend gave us this for dinner. It made everyone’s night.

Try these frozen ones and get back to me with how they changed your life.

Happy May! I’m drowning in baby’s schedule right now.

What is usually the busiest time of year for you? For those of you who have trails, how many times have you been able to hike them? Ever flown in a small plane? -Andrew said that I would have died if it was so bouncy. The best popsicle in your opinion?

Post Well, that was polite. First appeared in The Hungry Runner Girl.
