You don’t hear about fudge as much as you used to. We may be wrong about that, it’s true. Here in the Ivory Tower that is the Quest™ blog, it’s easy to lose touch with “the street.” Suffice it to say that we were thrilled to try this delicious Cookies & Cream Fudge, which includes Quest Dipped Cookies & Cream Protein Bar. We are still looking for more samples.

Dipped Cookies and Cream Fudge
Method
- Line a 6×6-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Add heavy cream, sweetener and butter to a medium-sized pot. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally till the mixture thickens.
- Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and pour hot mixture over chips.
- Let sit for 4-5 minutes before stirring smooth.
- Add in the bar pieces and use a rubber spatula to stir until incorporated.
- Press mixture evenly into bottom of pan. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting bar into 16 squares and serving.
* Fudge can be stored at room temperature.
